I bought six en primeur Bordeaux 2022 because I needed bottles for my cellar and to replace a corked vintage. I assumed they'd arrive in the wooden château case — felt more secure, easier to stack. Instead they sent corrugated cardboard, something I wasn’t told at checkout unless I paid extra. The parcels arrived intact but cold to the touch and a bit loose inside, and the seller doesn’t control transport temperature. Nothing broke, but I’m wary to order en primeur here again.
