Still on the fence
Still on the fence
CommunicationHonestly, I’m kind of torn — I’m mostly okay with the purchase, but their spamming and holding onto my data bugs me. I bought once eight years ago, asked them to delete my info and stop sending huge paper catalogues, and kept following up, yet the mail kept coming and now I get online spam too. I’ve had other retailers respect my requests, so I was sceptical. Still, product and shipping were fine, so I might give them a shot if they delete my data.
