ServiceI bought a gift basket for Valentine's Day and it was not what I expected. The portions were smaller than I thought, and I couldn't really tell from the online photos. When I contacted customer service by email, they were rude and not helpful. I called about getting pretzels instead of chocolate drizzled popcorn, and the rep was dismissive and condescending. It was a disappointing experience overall.
