FreshnessAs someone who loves food, I was really disappointed with the mixed nuts and gourmet cheese sampler I bought. The nuts were stale and didn't taste very good, and the cheese was bland and artificial. It's too bad how this company that used to have a good reputation has let the quality of their products go downhill like this.

FreshnessThe stuff they've been selling has been getting worse over time. The Christmas gift box I got from a family member had stuff in it that was already expired. And don't get me started on their customer service - it basically doesn't even exist.
