Voucher mess left me uneasy
ServiceI was skeptical when we accepted these vouchers — heard stories — and that doubt grew when we tried to redeem them. Tried online, phone, emails, nothing; expiry was looming so stress mounted. Oddly, after a week of silence one agent finally emailed back and offered to extend the date, which surprised me. We used it for a quiet anniversary dinner, in the end, and it ended up okay, but the whole runaround was unnecessary and left a sour taste.
