Weirdly, I thought the booking was done — confirmation email and all — but the hotel phoned to say they’d never received it. I needed the room for a work trip so I was pretty anxious. Someone said they rebranded to Loupe; still no replies. It’s frustrating, messy, and I keep double-checking my inbox hoping it’s just a hiccup for real, though.
