Mediocre wine, bad customer support, deceptive practices
Mediocre wine, bad customer support, deceptive practices
CommunicationMy experience with this wine subscription service was not great, eh. I never got an email about my order until it was already dealt with, so I couldn't make any changes or cancel it. When I contacted customer support to cancel my order and subscription, I got mixed messages and was told they couldn't cancel it right then. Their website says you can cancel or change your subscription anytime, but my experience showed otherwise. The wine I got was just okay, nothing special, but it only seemed like a good deal because of the intro price, ya know.
About Bright Cellars
Yes. Bright Cellars is a subscription-based wine service founded in the United States. This company utilizes a proprietary algorithm developed by its founders, who are MIT graduates, to match users with wine selections tailored to their personal preferences. Launched in 2014, Bright Cellars aims to educate its members about wine while offering a convenient way to discover and enjoy new wines. The company's unique approach involves having members take a short quiz to gauge their taste preferences, which then informs the monthly wine selections personalized for each member.
