Side effectsThe products were alright to taste, but when I stuck to the daily recommendations, I ended up feeling not so great because of the super high sodium. They told me to have two BHB drinks and a shake for lunch, but I ended up feeling tired, unable to focus, and my body swelled up from all the water weight. Each drink had a crazy amount of sodium - 1040mg, and the shake had another 200mg. I felt like I just wasted my money on basically fancy salt.
