I had some trouble getting emails from the program at first. I think the communication board should be better organized and easier to navigate. It was annoying to see posts that didn't really relate to what I needed, which made it hard to find the support and information I was looking for. But there were some friendly people in the community who gave me great advice and insights.<br><br>Also, it was frustrating to search for important info from the program leaders and only find posts about salad toppings. I think the discussions should be separated into different topics like meal prep, energy levels, exercise, supplements, etc., to make it easier to find what you need.

I gotta say, the products I bought were top-notch. The meal replacement was delicious and that BHB supplement really gave me a nice energy boost. But you know what? I was kinda let down by the lack of guidance on how to use these goodies for max results. I had to do a ton of digging online just to figure out the best way to work 'em into my keto diet. And don't get me started on that app they suggested - not user-friendly at all. I spent ages trying to find what I needed and just ended up feeling annoyed and stressed out.
