I ordered that Hexol cleaner and let me tell you, it showed up real quick! I've been using it for a while and I gotta say, it works wonders. As a first-time customer at Herbspro, I was really happy with my whole experience. Right from when I made my order, I could tell they were pros and paid attention to the little things. Everything was packaged well, sent out on time, and came when it was supposed to. It can be a bit scary to shop online for the first time, but Herbspro made me feel relaxed and went above and beyond what I was expecting. I'm thankful for how careful they were in making sure my order got to me in one piece and on schedule.

This is the third time I've ordered from this site, and once again, they messed up my order. It's really frustrating to keep getting the wrong product. I tried reaching out to customer service, but there was so much back and forth that I just gave up and decided to keep what they sent. I even sent a picture of what I actually wanted, but they still sent something completely different. It's like they're not even paying attention to what customers ask for. I'm starting to think that maybe the product I want isn't even available anymore, and they're just giving me whatever they have in stock.
