I'm pretty unhappy with how my recent international order from this company is going. They said my stuff would arrive in 12-14 business days, but it's been 21 and still nothing. When I called to ask what's up, the customer service was no good. The person I talked to, Ann, said my order was stuck in customs and they couldn't do anything to speed it up. This sounded fishy to me because they used the same excuse before, but then my order magically showed up right after I asked about the delay. Their mixed messages and lack of honesty are not cool, and it reflects badly on how they take care of their customers.

I was looking for this one item that I couldn't find in any store, eh? But then I found this company after doing some digging, and I was so happy to see that they actually had what I was looking for. The product was exactly what I needed, and the quality was even better than I expected, eh. I was really impressed with how quickly they shipped it out and kept in touch with me during the whole process. Oh my goodness, it felt like it took so long for my herbs to arrive! It was actually more than a week before they even bothered to send it. I had to email them to ask for a tracking number, but they did ship it once I asked. However, once it was on its way, it actually arrived super quickly!
