CommunicationAfter waiting for a whole three weeks for my supplement (glucosamine, chondroitin, hydraulic acid, & MSM) to arrive, I was really surprised to hear that it wasn't coming at all. This whole ordeal was such a waste of time and it left me feeling frustrated because there wasn't any communication about it. On top of that, I was bombarded with so many offers, coupons, and other junk mail that I just didn't need. The constant flood of marketing emails was just too much and I didn't ask for it. I would really appreciate it if the company could cut down on all the promotional stuff they send out and respect our time and inbox space.
