I'm really disappointed, eh! I ordered my stuff and paid extra for faster shipping, but it's taking way too long and I still haven't received my order. I've sent them three emails and called three times, but no one is responding. Like, what's going on, eh? I just want my stuff or my money back, but they're not replying to anything. I even left a voicemail, but still no response. I'm really annoyed that a company from Texas is treating me like this, eh.

Oh my goodness, eh! I ordered the Wildberry Field of Greens and The Foundation, but unfortunately, the Field of Greens was completely busted and spilled all over the place when it arrived. But, the customer service was absolutely fantastic, eh! They got back to me super fast (shoutout to Max) and sent me a replacement right away. Now I'm a huge fan of this company, not just because they sorted out my issue, but because their products are amazing, eh! Thanks Dan Bongino for introducing me to this awesome company!

I bought a birthday gift for my parent not too long ago, but got a bit bummed out when the package was shown as delivered but never actually made it to me. When I got in touch to see about getting a replacement, the customer service team really stepped up their game and offered to send me a new one at no extra cost. Their generosity and quick action totally blew me away. It felt good to know they cared about making things right and giving me a good customer experience.
