CommunicationOMG, this place is seriously the best! They always respond to my emails right away and even sent me a hand-signed thank you card. And one time, they sent me a personalized letter and even threw in a freebie just for being a loyal customer. I really hope they keep up the amazing work forever!

CommunicationI recently bought something online and the website was easy to use and had a lot of stuff to choose from. But I ran into some problems when I was trying to pay, which made things a bit annoying. The customer service people were pretty quick to respond and tried to help, but there were a couple of times where things got mixed up and it took longer to figure out my issues. The stuff I got was alright, but I did notice that a few things didn't match up exactly with what was said on the website. So, all in all, my shopping experience was okay - some good stuff, some not so good stuff, which I'll have to think about if I want to shop there again.
