ComplaintsI signed up after a colleague tipped me off — I wanted someone else to handle my 2023 SF tax appeal since I was swamped. They dragged it out for almost three years, produced nothing useful and then refused to keep fighting. Kinda frustrating, especially since refunds happen in these situations. Felt like I paid for peace of mind and got radio silence instead. Won't be recommending them.
