Still, despite the bumps I’d say the process saved me time and worry, which I value; I could have done it myself maybe, but this was easier, and for a busy homeowner that’s worth something.
So: cautious thumbs up. If you want someone to shoulder the paperwork and you accept modest savings and some imperfect communication, Ownwell will do the job. If you expect big wins or crystal-clear updates every step, temper expectations.
