QualityI recently got some shocks and struts from Partsengine that they said were in stock online and would ship in 2-3 days. But man, it took over a month for them to show up, and when they did, they were straight up wrecked. So I hit up Partsengine, and they were all like, "Send us pics of the messed up parts so we can start the warranty process with the supplier." But get this, they said it might take 5 business days to even process the request, and bugging them before that would just slow things down even more. Like seriously? Dealing with a late and busted order is hard enough, and then that kind of talk just makes it worse.
