TimingMan, I was really let down by Paravel. I placed an order online back in early March and was told it would show up in a couple of weeks. But, it's been over a month now and still no sign of my stuff. When I contacted customer service to ask about my order, they gave me a wishy-washy answer about how the courier sent back my items and they would reorder them for me. Well, that didn't happen quickly enough and now I couldn't use my stuff for my holiday plans. I tried to complain but haven't heard back from Paravel at all. Their lack of communication and responsibility is just not cool.
