PartsI did a ton of research and finally found the coolest new luggage set that was supposed to be really fancy. But then it took ages to even get to my house, and after just one trip, the big bag completely fell apart! The lock broke off and the zipper stopped working. So I had to buy a whole new bag while still on vacation just to get my stuff back home. The customer service folks weren't very helpful either, they expected me to fix it myself! It's been forever and I'm still waiting for them to send me the parts. I had a much cheaper bag before that lasted forever, why does this fancy one have to be so crappy?
