ServiceI recently tried booking a car rental for my upcoming trip using their services, and I have to say, it was a complete letdown. The whole process of booking was so complicated and confusing, with unclear instructions and dropdown menus that just didn't cooperate. Not to mention, there were all these extra fees and charges that only popped up right at the end, which really rubbed me the wrong way. On top of that, their customer service was a mess - long wait times on the phone and unhelpful answers to my questions. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest using this service for your car rental plans.
