Oh, what a complete nightmare it was trying to order from this company! I really should have known not to trust these scammers. I waited two weeks for my bimini top to show up, and when I called customer service, I was stuck on hold for what felt like forever. Finally, when I did get through to someone, they told me the item was backordered for over 60 days. Can you believe the nerve of them? And they had the audacity to say they sent an email about it, which of course, never reached me. It's pretty obvious they have no plans to keep their promises. Stay away from them at all costs!

Oh my gosh, I can't believe how terrible this place is! I ordered 16 things and they told me it was ready to ship right away. But then they charged my card and everything got put on backorder. It's been over 2 months and I still haven't gotten my stuff. Trying to contact customer service is a nightmare and they won't give me a refund. I'm so frustrated right now, eh?

Oh man, what a nightmare! I bought this whole set of lights and had to wait months just for the dang headlights. And then when I tried to get a refund, they conveniently got bought out the very next day. It was a real struggle to get my money back, and don't even get me started on the turn signals problem - they wouldn't help at all because the receipt got canceled. It's just so frustrating!
