I recently bought an Arb awning online, went with the smaller size since that's what was in stock. But after a whole week went by, I hadn't heard anything about when it would show up. I tried emailing customer service, but got no reply. Then I called the 1-800 number they gave me, and got bounced around and eventually disconnected. I also tried calling the Calgary store a bunch of times, but it seemed like the number wasn't working. I finally reached out to the Edmonton store for help, but they said they couldn't do anything because my order was connected to Calgary. So now I'm super frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication and help. Looks like I have no choice but to go down to the Calgary store in person to sort this mess out. This whole situation has been a huge waste of time and I'm feeling really let down.
