Maple

Maple of the things that people must constantly and uninterrupted have access to at any time, any day, and anywhere is medical care and attention. Human life is important and must be treated as such, this is why physical consultations and medical care is no longer enough to be able to save lives considering emergencies and urgently needed attention.

To this effect, some companies have brought medical care and services closer to patients, right at the comfort of their homes through online platforms and apps. Are you looking for such a platform or app that offers medical care and services online, you may want to check out Maple. You will find honest customer reviews about the Maple medical platform here.

About Maple
Maple claimed it was founded in the year 2015 with a vision to power the future of healthcare in a simple, connected, and human approach. The co-founder Dr Brett Belchetz alleged that after years of practice, he started to notice the strains on their healthcare system. He allegedly imagined how technology could play a role in improving the sustainability of their system and people’s healthcare experiences across the country. Maple maintains that it lets one see a doctor from their smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Maple further asserted that one of their proudest moments was allegedly launching Canada’s first Telerounding program with PEI’s Western Hospital. Using Maple, doctors can collaborate on patient care via a remote approach. They alleged to be pushing the boundaries on connecting healthcare as they profess to bring together a large network of doctors and healthcare providers, and millions of Canadian patients into an ecosystem that’s designed to solve some of the greatest challenges in healthcare, including timely access to care.

Services of Maple
Maple boasts of being a virtual medical platform with online doctors, virtual health, and prescriptions in Canada. They assert that patients can skip the waiting room using their app and instantly connect with Canadian-licensed doctors for medical care from their phone, tablet, or computer any time, 24/7, or by appointment. Maple maintains that their mental health therapists can help patients also navigate challenges in their daily life and the impact of trauma, depression, anxiety, and more.

Maple claims that their services work by patients opening the app and clicking the “Get care” button. Then one of their healthcare providers will review the patient's request and respond in minutes. Next, the patient is connected to the healthcare provider. They insist that consultations usually take place over text, but that the doctor may request video, or audio chat if needed. They maintained that next the patient gets a diagnosis or prescription and that doctors and nurse practitioners can diagnose and provide prescriptions as necessary during the patient's consultation.
