CommunicationI just had a quick appointment to get a prescription from Maple. It was fast, but I wasn't really happy with the Nurse Practitioner's service. She ended the call really abruptly after giving me the prescription, so I had some unanswered questions. I had to call my pharmacist later to clear things up. I got the impression that the NP wasn't really focused during our conversation, and it made me feel like she didn't care about me as a patient.
