Billing
I bought a ring from them. Did not look as nice. Quality felt terrible for $500. Stone looked murky and unpolished. Looked like glue residue all around the stone.
Worst, I tried to return it and return is not covered. I had to pay for import fees to receive it, export fees and returning shipping.

BillingSo, yeah, I needed to see a doctor pretty quick, so I turned to Maple. I've used Maple before, back in the day from 2019 to 2021. I thought, great, I can see a doctor in under 5 minutes, so I filled out all my deets and paid up. But then bam, turns out I gotta do an intake appointment first, and the earliest slot was 3 days away. Like, what? That wasn't clear before I paid, kinda shady if you ask me. Usually, I've had good experiences with Maple, but this last move left me feeling iffy. I usually recommend them, but now I might think twice.
