Subscription cancellation
Subscription cancellation
AccountI decided to cancel my subscription because I've gotten lots of useful info from the site in the past. But when I tried to reach out to customer service by phone and email, I didn't get any response, which was disappointing. And on top of that, I got charged for an auto-renewal even though I tried to cancel my sub. So now I'm feeling frustrated and unsure about what to do next.
Subscription not worth it
Subscription not worth it
AccountThe advice from Motley Fool Dividend Investor Canada and Premium Hub isn't that great, you can find similar stuff for free online or in newspapers. Plus, cancelling your subscription is a total pain and not very user-friendly.
