Security25 pm yesterday, but there was nothing there. I paid for faster shipping and tracking, so that part’s already annoying. The real problem is those cheques have my company routing and account numbers on them, so it’s not just a lost parcel — it’s a security headache. I can’t even get a live rep until Monday, so I’m stuck waiting at least a couple more days to see if they’ll resend or sort it out. I’ve had other firms fix mix-ups the same day, so this slow response feels particularly poor. Disappointed, a bit worried, and hoping customer service actually follows through.

Having to wait 3 more days to ask for a replacement is just not cool. If this isn't sorted out soon, I might not use this company again.
