It's so frustrating trying to make money using this app! The trades never seem to open when they should, and I always end up losing money because of it. Plus, the bots don't work well with customer service either. They just take your money and don't seem to care about providing a proper explanation.

I'm really disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and functionality of the service. I've come across several coding errors while using the platform. For instance, there was no support for USD wallets on a specific exchange, key indicators weren't calculating properly, and certain trading rules weren't working as they should. These issues have really affected my experience and have made it hard to trust the service. Customer service hasn't been very helpful either. Even when I provided clear information and screenshots, the support team seemed to struggle with understanding the problems I was having. It's clear that this company isn't ready to meet the needs of serious traders or handle complex trading situations. Because of these ongoing challenges and frustrations, I've decided to cancel my subscription early.
