CommunicationI tried to use the draft rules, but they didn't work at all. I couldn't edit or delete them. The customer service was super slow in getting back to me about my concerns. When I asked how long it would take to fix the problem, they completely ignored my message. They didn't give me any answers or solutions. It was just a really terrible experience dealing with their customer service.
