Even with all the craziness from covid, my experience with Voyagin was pretty good. There were a bunch of cancellations that were delayed, but the Voyagin team was super helpful. They made sure I got all my refunds quickly. What really impressed me was being able to call and talk to the team in Japan. They were not only nice but also really great at fixing any problems that came up.

I had to cancel an order for a few cafes through this service because of COVID-19. I was really bummed that I couldn't go to these cafes, but the Voyagin team was super professional and efficient. They were really nice, helpful, and gave me clear instructions on how to cancel. Even though I didn't get a full refund like it said on the website, I still think they provided great customer service and I would definitely use their services again.

I had actually planned a trip to Japan before everything went downhill with the pandemic, but sadly had to cancel because of COVID. Though I managed to get my money back for most of the trip, the shinkansen tickets I bought through the site weren't refundable at first. I got in touch with customer service and was pleasantly surprised to hear back from a real human being, not a robot. After some back and forth, they ended up giving me a full refund for my tickets. The only downside was that it took a while for the refund to come through, hence the one-star deduction. Nonetheless, I'm grateful for their top-notch customer service and would definitely think about using their services again for our trip next year.

Honestly, I don't get why some people are giving bad reviews. My experience with the company was actually really good. Because of the whole Coronavirus situation, I had to cancel my Japan trip.
