Booking
no clear explanation, no guaranteed seat, just “come back later and see,” which is not a service delivery model, that’s roulette.
I needed to be in London for work, so I had no choice but to buy two last-minute tickets to make it on time. That solved the immediate problem but left me out of pocket and rearranging the day. Customer service at the airport was uneven — most staff were apologetic but powerless. One agent actually stayed late and helped me rebook onto an alternative carrier; that small bit of practical help was unexpected and useful. On the other hand, the airline’s official line was vague and the automated messages added to the confusion, so follow-up was slow and formal.
First impression of the carrier is now coloured by that delivery failure: selling and confirming a seat but not guaranteeing it undermines the whole thing. I use third-party sellers occasionally and until now that worked fine, so this felt like a breakdown between booking platform, airline systems and how they communicate with passengers. If you’re relying on punctual, dependable service for work, don’t assume a confirmed ticket equals a seat.
Surprising add-on, decent value

On-siteFunny way to start, an add-on appeared on my booking that I didn’t choose. I cancelled it later and assumed all good. My boarding pass still showed priority and a 10 kg bag. For a while it felt like smooth sailing, less stress, nice. At the gate they refused the priority and I paid extra. Frustrating, but overall usable and I’d try again.
