The tickets I bought were the cheapest ones I could find online but when I got my confirmation email, I was kinda bummed to see that they won't be shipped for two weeks. I contacted them to let them know my worries since I was heading out for the show on the day they were supposed to ship. But guess what? The tickets arrived with FedEx the very next day after I asked about it. Even though it started off a bit rough, their fast response and quick delivery really came through and saved the day. I really appreciate their awesome service.

I just bought some EDC wristbands online. When I got them, I noticed that the seller had already registered them in their own name. That's not good because if I wear them to the event, they could say they were stolen just to get a free replacement. On top of that, the wristband is damaged and the seller kept all the original stuff that came with it. This is really worrying for me since I'm getting married at this event. I'm really hoping that customer service can help me with this problem right away.

Hey, so you won't believe it, but someone used my credit card to buy these tickets without me knowing! Now I have to deal with Amex to get it sorted out. It's so not cool, eh?
