ContractTrying to move my websites from this company was a total disaster. They locked all my websites with the ICANN registrar by changing the registered owner, so I can't transfer them anywhere else. When I reached out to their "support" (which is just one person named Nick), he denied everything and even blocked my number so I couldn't get assistance. It's completely unacceptable!

ContractThis company is a total scam, eh? I tried to cancel my hosting account and get a refund, but all I got was a bunch of empty promises. I've tried so many times to get my money back, but every time they tell me the billing manager isn't around and they'll let him know when he's back in the office. It's such a shameful and unprofessional way to treat customers, eh? I'm telling everyone to steer clear of this sketchy company, for sure.
