RoboKiller - Reviews and experiences

So, I tried calling this place to speak to an actual person, but all I got were robot messages. There aren't any real people to assist you, only robots. I guess they find it trendy to play around with AI, but I just want to have a conversation with a human, you know? It's like talking to a brick wall! Absolutely no help, no support, no enjoyment. Boooooo!

My first month with the service was amazing, everything was running smoothly. But then, things took a turn for the worse. I noticed that the call and voicemail icons vanished from my screen, and managing calls became a real headache. I contacted support for help, but it took them a frustrating three weeks to get back to me. When they finally did, the issue wasn't properly addressed. A month later, the same problem cropped up again, and the support team's response was disappointing. I got three pointless emails that didn't solve anything, and the chat feature was nowhere to be found - just redirected to their unresponsive emails. Ultimately, this service ended up being a complete waste of money.
