Honestly, I smiled when morning emails synced.

Right when I was ready to hop ship, their support replied and actually fixed the slow dashboard issue — and that’s when I relaxed. I’ve had worse experiences elsewhere, so I was braced, but the fix was quick, no fuss. Not perfect, site still lags sometimes, but overall I’m pleasantly surprised and likely to stick around for a good while.

I really thought this cloud hosting service was gonna be great, but it turned out to be a letdown. The staff was nice, but the service itself didn't meet my expectations. They made promises they couldn't keep, which was really frustrating and slowed down my work. The website's layout was confusing, and it was super slow to use. The live chat didn't even work, so it was hard to get help when I needed it.

The platform has a super easy-to-use dashboard and quick chat support from tech pros. Plus, awesome features like server scaling, Varnish, Gzip, Redis, auto backup, and add-ons like Cloudflare and email accounts. They also throw in free SSL, domain management, Wordpress settings, live server monitoring, and a cool staging service for free. But, I really wish they had a DNS zone editor, the option to downgrade servers, and a personal email inbox.
