ServiceI first spotted this on a pal's feed and decided to try it. Delivery was actually fast, and customer service helped sort a tiny mix-up right away, super friendly. I tipped my roommate about it. Glad I gave it a shot — felt taken care of, and that's rare these days. Also the tracking updates were clear and frequent, which I liked.

ServiceBought it because I needed something to help with my move and keep invoices straight — had been burned before by sneaky trials. I was suspicious, thought they'd auto-charge me or grab my card info. The signup was a bit confusing and I did have to dig into settings. After a chat with support they explained the trial and removed the pro add-on I didn’t want, and refunded the accidental charge. Still cautious, but calmer now.
