QualityStarted off useful, then slowly turned into an ad-fest. What annoyed me most was when a doc I was editing got corrupted — it even saved the broken version when I tried to undo, then closed. The recovery tool asked for money, which felt cheap. Still, basic editing works and I keep using it, grudgingly satisfied for now, compared to alternatives.

ServiceI first spotted this on a pal's feed and decided to try it. Delivery was actually fast, and customer service helped sort a tiny mix-up right away, super friendly. I tipped my roommate about it. Glad I gave it a shot — felt taken care of, and that's rare these days. Also the tracking updates were clear and frequent, which I liked.

App & PortalDownloaded this because I wanted a cheap substitute for Word/Excel/PowerPoint and a PDF converter. Install was fine, app opens, but then — you can mostly only view or type into fields, not actually edit documents the way you'd expect. Feels like a demo that nags for payment to unlock basic editing. Bit annoying, honestly; I tried a couple files and kept hitting read-only walls. Works for quick viewing, but I wouldn't rely on it until they fix the pay/lock thing.

ServiceBought it because I needed something to help with my move and keep invoices straight — had been burned before by sneaky trials. I was suspicious, thought they'd auto-charge me or grab my card info. The signup was a bit confusing and I did have to dig into settings. After a chat with support they explained the trial and removed the pro add-on I didn’t want, and refunded the accidental charge. Still cautious, but calmer now.
Fast install, odd payout

Complaintsmy screenshot clearly showed my initials on the landing page, so I figured the evidence was airtight. Then they rejected the task via a postback and no payment came. I disconnected and uninstalled, but the app itself worked well.

Pricevery handy product, sketchy billing — just watch your statements.

App & PortalI was halfway through a rant to my landlord, coffee in hand, when I hit save and the app politely told me "pay up first" — literally wouldn’t let me save. Delivery, as in actually getting your work out of the thing, was the real issue. Customer support was slow and kind of useless, just canned replies that didn’t help, so I had to recreate the doc elsewhere. Other apps usually let you save a draft or try features for free, so this felt like a bait-and-switch. Pretty annoyed, a bit amused, and honestly hesitant to trust them again — not great.

Complaintsdouble-check your subscriptions and keep screenshots. Also a heads-up — watch billing emails.
Two charges, radio silence
Two charges, radio silence
CommunicationI was half-asleep when I noticed two charges hit my account, one for €20 and another for €59.99. I use WPS every day to edit client docs and knock out quick invoices, so it felt wrong. I cancelled the auto-renewal right away and sent proof that it was accidental. I’ve messaged support a few times over two weeks. No reply. The app itself opens files fine and does what I need, but the silence from support is the annoying part. I’m a bit frustrated and honestly tired of chasing this. Hoping someone from WPS will finally respond and sort the refund.
