Servicecoffee, two deep breaths, a quick moment before logging into work. It functions well and looks the part, so in that sense I'm satisfied. Where it falls short is the delivery and support. Tracking info was vague, delivery times slipped, and when I called (I'm on Eastern time) nobody picked up; emails dragged on. I also had to cancel my credit card after a disputed charge, which was a hassle. Support eventually answered but without a clear fix. Good little item, but service and delivery need improvement, and a clearer refund policy would help.
