Almost panicked, turned out okay
Almost panicked, turned out okay
CommunicationI signed up half-expecting the usual bait-and-switch — free trial that ends up charging you right away. I needed something fast for a mountain of relocation paperwork and was skittish after a previous sketchy sign-up. So yeah, I hovered over my card like a nervous cat. Turns out the company only put a temporary hold and support answered quickly when I messaged — explained the 7-day window and removed the hold. Not flawless, but my worries mostly vanished. Glad it worked out; I’ll keep an eye on charges though.
