Recurring charge mess
Recurring charge mess
Follow-upSpotted their ad on Reddit and a friend told me to try the "7 searches / 7 days" promo. Used three searches, it wasn't for me, so I cancelled. The cancellation page kept failing (weirdly every other link worked), but I eventually got the status to "No paid subscription." Three months later they're still taking money. First support message got ignored, second one got a bland automated reply — then, surprisingly, someone actually answered by email a week later. Still unresolved.
