Video editing software purchase
I've been using a video editing software's free version for a while now, and when they added all these new A.I. add-ons, I decided to go for the full version. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The free version was already great, but the full version blew me away. It's hard to put into words; you really need to try it for yourself. Plus, the customer service was amazing. The staff is professional, polite, and really know their stuff. This software has everything I need in a video editing program, and the customer service is top-notch. I'm thrilled with my experience and can't wait for future updates. I'm a customer for life now!
Subscription renewal experience
The help desk at this company totally blew me away with their amazing service! The staff were super friendly and got back to my email real quick. Misleading 7-day free trial
I was pretty disappointed with that 7-day free trial they were offering. It turned out it only covered part of my order, which was not made clear at all. I felt kind of tricked and annoyed about it. But when I mentioned my Right of Withdrawal within the EU, the customer service team said they would refund my order, which was nice of them.
Email Support for Expired Subscription
So yeah, I had a problem where my subscription ran out and I was like oh nooooooo what am I gonna dooooo so I sent an email to support and BAM Nico replied real fast and sorted everything out! So amazing!
Filmora software subscription
Filmora software is pretty much what I'm looking for, but that 'Free' subscription? Total scam. They need to provide a more fair trial without suddenly canceling your subscription. Watch out for surprise charges for stuff you never wanted. This kind of thing should be against the law.
