WinZip - Reviews and experiences

I just went through a real pain dealing with the automatic renewal of my software. Even though my subscription was renewed more than a week ago, I kept seeing that my software was expired. I tried to validate it several times, doing exactly what the website said, but nothing worked. I was just going around in circles, uninstalling, reinstalling, and rebooting the system, but the problem wouldn't go away. It was so frustrating and honestly, I was really disappointed with how they couldn't fix the issue properly.

I just renewed my yearly subscription with this service, but then, a week later, my access was suddenly gone. It was so annoying, especially since I had already paid for another 12 months not too long ago. When I tried to get help, all I got was an automated message telling me to check their website, which didn't solve my problem at all. It seems like Winzip is trying to avoid customers reaching out to them, and that's not cool. To be honest, I'm really let down by Winzip's customer service.

I thought I would actually use my subscription, but all I keep getting are email after email asking to upgrade or make more purchases. The Registration Key they gave me was useless, never even worked, just kept pushing me to buy more stuff. Definitely not worth the trouble.
