Voices.com is an amazing site for finding voice-over work. I love that I never have to worry about getting paid for the jobs I do through them. The customer service is great - they're friendly and helpful, always quick to answer my questions. They also have really informative webinars and actually listen to their members. It would be nice not to have that 20% cut for every job, but the guarantee of getting paid makes it worth it. It would be even better if clients knew to approve the audio files quickly so we could get paid faster. Despite these small issues, Voices.com is still my favorite casting site.

As a voice actor, I've had my fair share of experiences with different voice platforms, but my recent encounter with a certain platform was really disappointing. I paid a big membership fee, thinking I'd get access to lots of well-paid jobs. Turns out, there weren't many good opportunities. Plus, it seemed like the clients weren't even listening to auditions, which made me feel ignored and undervalued. I reached out to customer service, but got no response, which just made me more frustrated. I was paying a lot of money each year and expected better service and professionalism. It felt like a total scam in the end, so I'd recommend looking for better options.

You know, as a voice actor with a lot of experience, I was really let down by the lack of job options on this platform. There are just so many actors out there that it's really tough to get noticed and find work. And don't even get me started on the time zone difference - it makes it so hard for people outside of North America to even have a chance at getting jobs. Even though I have a ton of experience and I'm great at accents, I just kept getting overlooked and couldn't land any projects. I even splurged on a premium membership, but it felt like a waste of money in the end.

It's so annoying how they make you pay just to apply for jobs. It's a total ripoff and a scam. The fact that they make money whether you get hired or not is really unfair to artists. And don't get me started on trying to stop getting their constant promotional emails - the unsubscribe link is a joke! Save your money and stay away from this agency. There are way better options available that won't try to cheat you.
