ComplaintsI needed something to keep our social accounts running while I was moving and dealing with a sore back, so scheduling was essential. I grabbed this during their early launch hoping for a reliable switch. There were some handy bits and it worked at times, but bugs stuck around and they removed Twitter access. Then our account — which is small, a handful of users and a couple business profiles — got cancelled for 'abuse'. Support ghosted us; replies took a week between bumps. Not cheaper, and feature delivery was disappointing.
