It does a solid job acknowledging people right away, sends weekly recaps, and the sentiment analysis is surprisingly useful for tweaking my brand voice. I like that I can build listening audiences and target content instead of blasting everything at once. Not flawless — some autoresponses feel a bit canned and the analytics UI can be slow — but overall it saved me time and grew my follower count.
