I first saw this on AppSumo and grabbed the lifetime deal. At first it worked fine — simple interface, did what I needed. Then they removed my plan because I wasn't actively using it. I sent loads of emails; after one reply they just stopped answering. I even recommended it to a colleague, so it ended up hurting our small business a bit — delayed tasks and awkward follow-up. The app works when it's on. But support and account policy need fixing.
