CommunicationI first saw this on AppSumo and grabbed the lifetime deal. At first it worked fine — simple interface, did what I needed. Then they removed my plan because I wasn't actively using it. I sent loads of emails; after one reply they just stopped answering. I even recommended it to a colleague, so it ended up hurting our small business a bit — delayed tasks and awkward follow-up. The app works when it's on. But support and account policy need fixing.

I grabbed this during their early launch hoping for a reliable switch. There were some handy bits and it worked at times, but bugs stuck around and they removed Twitter access. Then our account — which is small, a handful of users and a couple business profiles — got cancelled for 'abuse'. Support ghosted us; replies took a week between bumps. Not cheaper, and feature delivery was disappointing.

It does a solid job acknowledging people right away, sends weekly recaps, and the sentiment analysis is surprisingly useful for tweaking my brand voice. I like that I can build listening audiences and target content instead of blasting everything at once. Not flawless — some autoresponses feel a bit canned and the analytics UI can be slow — but overall it saved me time and grew my follower count.
