ReliabilityI just bought a pair of shoes from the store's website, eh? But guess what, when they delivered it, they sent it to the wrong address by mistake. I tried to fix it and get them to send it to the right place, but the driver kept going to the wrong spot again and again. I even contacted customer service for help, but they weren't very helpful and said they couldn't give me a refund since the package was delivered. This whole thing has really ticked me off and I'm not happy with the service at all, you know?
