CommunicationI ordered a pair of shoes, but I got the wrong size. I tried contacting customer service to see if I re-order, will they send the right size or if someone can help me out. I never got a response, and I doubt I will. No service at all. This whole thing has made me wish I didn't buy those shoes.
Oversized shoes purchase
Oversized shoes purchase
CommunicationI got these shoes not too long ago, but they ended up being way too big for me. So, I reached out to customer service to see about sending them back. They were pretty quick to get back to me and sent me a label to ship them back. The return was done the same day, but it's been two months now and still no refund. I've tried contacting Vans many times, but no response. This lack of communication and delay in refunding has left me feeling pretty let down and frustrated.
