ServiceThe Vid doorbell I bought was great at first, but then it just died out of nowhere. I made sure the battery was fully charged and the wifi was working fine, but still no luck. I tried contacting customer service through email, but no one is getting back to me. They gave me a ticket number, but that's about it. I'm really upset and annoyed with this product, it's been a total waste of money. I really need a new one or my money back, but the company isn't responding at all.

ServiceI bought a wireless doorbell from this company and at first, it was all good. But then, after just a month, the doorbell crapped out on me. I tried to get a refund using PayPal, but the supplier kept sending me confusing messages on WhatsApp. PayPal didn't come through for me, and the company only coughed up $25 as a sorry gift, when I spent $92 on that doorbell. Feels like a total rip-off and a huge letdown.
