ServiceI was scrolling our neighbourhood Facebook one evening when a friend posted about this cardboard return box — I’d been meaning to do something about all those snack packets. At first I winced at the price, but I decided to try the smallest box and drop it off at the local hub. The moment I handed it over and the volunteer said “thanks,” I felt this weird, quiet satisfaction — like finally closing a chapter on endless bins of junk. It’s simple, it works, and I actually told two neighbours about it the next day, and felt kind of proud and relieved.
